Frequently Asked Questions

+ WHAT IS THE PRICE TO CLEAN THE WINDOWS AT MY HOUSE?

Every job is estimated based on the needs of the client. The size of the windows, type of windows, the amount of windows, how easy or difficult it is to reach the windows, and how dirty the windows are, all affect the price. This is why we give free estimates since we won't know over the phone what the scope of the project will be.

+ HOW FAR WILL YOU TRAVEL TO CLEAN WINDOWS?

We do take pride in the lengths that we will go to provide great service to our clients - and sometimes that means we will travel great distances in order to complete a job. But generally, we service clients within 100 miles of each office.

+ WHAT DO YOU USE FOR REMOVING HARD WATER STAIN?

We use a power polisher and a mild abrasive to remove the mineral build up and restore the shine.

+ WHAT IS YOUR SECRET CLEANER TO GET THINGS SO CLEAN?

We use an environmentally-friendly cleaner to break down the dirt and grease. The real secret comes down to our tools and techniques that are used to remove the dirt and grime from the glass.

+ WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE COVERAGE DO YOU HAVE?

We have a million-dollar full-coverage insurance policy and can get you proof of insurance upon request.

+ DO YOU CLEAN THE SCREENS?

Yes we clean screens also. Every window-cleaning service includes removing the screens, cleaning them, and putting them back in place once the windows are fully cleaned.

+ HOW OFTEN DO YOU RECOMMEND GETTING OUR WINDOWS CLEANED?

For commercial services, many places like restaurants will get their windows cleaned weekly, while residential schedules tend to be monthly. Every job is estimated and scheduled according to the needs of the client. Whether you have 10 windows or 100, or anything in between, we customize our recommended services to you.

+ WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS FOR CLEANING THE GUTTERS?

The first step for gutter cleaning is to remove the debris from the gutter, this is done with scoops and blowers. That is then followed up with a water flush. The flush is used to check for leaks and also make sure the downspouts are clean. If the downspout is plugged we take the necessary steps to clean it as well.
